Requirements

LLB or recognised 4-year legal qual; admitted Attorney/Advocate; ?8 yrs post-qual litigation/advisory exp; post-grad qual adv.; strong constitutional & legislative-drafting exp; valid driver’s licence.

Duties

Certify & draft Bills; scrutinise subordinate legislation & international agreements; mentor juniors; manage people; provide high-level legal opinions.
