By using Rural Connect you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the platform.

2. Listings

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit. We reserve the right to remove any listing that is misleading, offensive, or violates any law.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Posting false or defamatory content
Using the platform for spam or phishing
Infringing intellectual-property rights

4. Limitation of Liability

Rural Connect is provided “as-is”. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the platform.

5. Protection of Personal Information (POPI)

Rural Connect Network (Pty) Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

We collect only the minimum data required to facilitate listings and communication between users.
Personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
All data is stored securely and access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@ruralconnects.co.za.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
