Matric/Grade 12. Knowledge: Unemployment Insurance Act & Regulations, Contributions Act, PFMA, POPIA, Batho Pele, departmental policies. Skills: interviewing, computer literacy, customer relations, conflict management, time management.

Duties

Provide screening services; process UIF benefit applications; register payment contribution forms; provide admin functions.
